TERMS & CONDITIONS

INTRODUCTION

Your agreement is between you and your Personal Trainer  who delivers your training.

You understand that the Trainer is self employed and you are entering into a contract with him/ her alone.

Your instructions to commence personal training will constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions when you will become a client .You are asked to pay special attention to the provisions related to cancellations. This does not affect your statutory rights.

TRAINER’S OBLIGATIONS

The Trainer will use her skills and knowledge to design a safe programme of exercise that will take into account your lifestyle, personal goals, fitness levels and medical history.

The Trainer will provide the coaching, supervision, advice and support that you will need to achieve your goals. Apart from the initial consultation each personal training session will last 60 minutes.

You understand that the results of any fitness programme cannot be guaranteed. Your progress depends on your effort and co-operation in and outside of the sessions. In particular you acknowledge that individual results may vary and no particular result is guaranteed by your Trainer.

All Client information will be kept strictly private and confidential.

YOUR OBLIGATIONS

It is understood between you and your Trainer that both must commit to your training programme 100% in order for you to achieve results.

You are required to arrive on time for each Session so that the Trainer’s full training plan is achieved on each visit.

You are required to wear appropriate clothing and footwear.

You are required to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (a “PARQ”) before undertaking your first personal training session.

Your Trainer may require a letter of ‘medical clearance’ from your GP. Please be aware that your GP may charge for providing this letter.

You understand and agree that it is your responsibility to inform the Trainer of any conditions or changes to your health, now and ongoing, which might affect your ability to exercise safely and with minimal risk of injury.

If your Trainer requires further medical information from a practitioner, you must provide such details.

You understand that there are inherent risks in participating in a programme of strenuous exercise.

If you sustain or claim to sustain any injury while participating in training, you acknowledge that the Trainer is not responsible, except where the injury was caused by his/her gross negligence or intentional act.

Your Trainer cannot be held liable in any way for undeclared or unknown medical conditions.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

24 hours notice of cancellation or postponement is required for all appointments. Notice of less than 24 hours will incur full payment of the full Session fee.

Once purchased, your Sessions are non-refundable and non transferable.

LATENESS POLICY

If the client is late the Session cannot be extended and will end at the appointed time.

If the Trainer is late additional time will be added to the Session or to subsequent Sessions.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

Your Trainer has completed and holds a current certificate for emergency first aid at work approved by the Health and Safety Executive.

Your Trainer has £5 million public liability insurance cover.

If your Trainer conducts the Sessions on your premises you are responsible for providing a safe exercise environment.

GENERAL

You understand that in the unlikely event of your Trainer being unable to continue your training, for any reason, you can request a full refund from your Trainer for any unfulfilled Sessions.

The Trainer has the right to change these Terms and Conditions, for example, to be able to offer new services or as required by law.

The Trainer will notify you of any change. When such a change(s) is made, if dissatisfied you can cancel this agreement once you have made any payments already due to the Trainer.

You are responsible for keeping all your contact information and marketing preferences up to date with the Trainer.

In order to comply with the Data Protection Act 1998, the Trainer will only do what you ask him/her to do, or what you have given him/her permission to do with any personal or sensitive information held about you.

Your training may be filmed or pictures taken for marketing purposes. Your participation in a Session means you consent to photography, filming and sound recording which may include you.

We have just started training with Natalia and find her excellent with a lovely and friendly demeanour.  She quickly realised our age and ability and has geared her programme for us accordingly.  I did attend classes over 4 years ago and due to age and various ailments am now starting again and mortified how I have stiffened up – but even now a feeling fitter. My husband has never done Pilates and is finding this training from Natalia to be perfect.  Not too long until we are in our 80s so quite a task for Natalia.  We received some lessons as a wonderful Christmas present from our daughters and when finished we sincerely hope to continue.  It’s never too late to exercise particularly with such good training. I have been training with Natalia for many years now… each session is varied- the gym has a vast amount of equipment.. training is always challenging but we have laugh as well ! I often have pains/injuries but Natalia can always work a session around them.

Natalya is a very experienced and knowledgeable PT. I have a complex and rare medical condition, and she effectively tailored our PT sessions to meet my complex needs. Natalya adopts a holistic, full body approach. As I’m underweight, while my end goal is to gain weight, she also incorporated exercises which would help improve my (very poor) balance. She proactively identified this as something I need to address.

Natalya gave detailed training plans, including tips in her notes, which made it easier for me to replicate those exercises on my own. Natalya is a stickler for form, and was creative with finding strategies to ensure my form is correct when exercising on my own. She also gave great dietary advice. In short, Natalya is an amazing PT all round!

Don’t be put off by the photo at the top of this page and think you need to look like that….don’t let it deter you from making a life changing decision and meeting a wonderful feisty lady in the process! I say life changing because undertaking training from Natalia is such, she shows you it is possible to be fit and so those things you have only dreamed of.

I send Natalia an email almost three years ago nervously, I said from the outset I was unfit and I was feeling slightly intimidated and scared. I didn’t need to! The first class was the hardest but almost three years on I am still going! Natalia doesn’t always give you an easy ride, she can be mean and shout at you…but she does it in a way which encourages and does not demoralise. She has your interests at the centre of what she does, your achievements and improvements are also hers as it is a journey together.

Am I at my dream weight? Do I have a dream body? Do I heck?!?! But, I have a fitter, more toned and leaner body. I like my food to much to look like the above picture and I don’t have the time or patience to train as I should, but I could if I wanted to ( she says trying to encourage herself!). Last year I did the three peaks challenge and was not stiff after, something I credit Natalia for as I am so much fitter thanks to her. Give Natalia a chance and you will not regret it.

I am overweight with a low fitness level and I hate exercise/gym… I worry about every session, sometimes not sleeping the night before – ‘will I make it- or will I have a heart attack!!! However Natalia gets me through every session- she’s enthusiastic, hardworking (mean) but also fun!!! And the weird thing is I find myself texting her all week looking to book more sessions. After 20 sessions in-I’m still alive!!-My shape and weight has changed – dress size dropped from 18-14 & Im actually starting, dare I say it…, to enjoy Thanks Natalia!

I’ve been training for over 20 years now and have had 6 personal trainers throughout the world. Natalia is the best by a country mile. She is very knowledgeable regarding every area of fitness and is equally motivated to get the best out of me. She knows exactly when to push, and what exercises are best for my particular body type (whilst at the same time working around injuries I’ve received in the past). For the first time in over a decade I have hit goals regarding my body and nutrition that so many others have tried to get me to, but without success. I would recommend her without giving it a second thought, as she is an amazing personal trainer that delivers equally amazing results.

Natalia is the best personal trainer I’ve ever had. Not only have I lost weight but my body is more toned and stronger. She went through my diet and nutrition with me and even gave me exercises I could do at home on my own. The boot camps are also so much fun and a really good work out.
